Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of burnedsociety.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. The store is operated by Burned Society LLC.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change at any time before you place an order.

Shipping

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and begin when the order ships rather than when it is placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@burnedsociety.comwithin 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will make it right.

Product descriptions

We work to display colours and details accurately, but your screen may render them differently. Minor variation between the photograph and the garment is not a defect.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, graphics, and the Burned Society name and marks — belongs to Burned Society LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
